Shock absorber (Absorber), the shock absorber is mainly used to suppress the shock and the impact from the road surface when the spring rebounds after shock absorption. When passing through an uneven road, although the shock-absorbing spring can filter the vibration of the road, the spring itself will also have a reciprocating motion, and the shock absorber is used to suppress the spring jump. If the shock absorber is too soft, the body will jump up and down. If the shock absorber is too hard, it will bring too much resistance and prevent the spring from working properly. In the modification process of the suspension system, the hard shock absorber should be matched with the hard spring, and the hardness of the spring is closely related to the weight of the car, so the heavier car generally adopts the harder shock absorber. The device connected to the shock-inducing crankshaft is used to counteract the torsional vibration of the crankshaft (that is, the phenomenon that the crankshaft is twisted by the impact force of the cylinder ignition). In order to rapidly attenuate the vibration of the frame and the body and improve the ride comfort and comfort of the car, shock absorbers are generally installed on the car suspension system.
View MoreCar rearview mirrors are located on the left and right sides of the car's head, and in front of the car's interior. The rearview mirror of the car reflects the situation behind the car, the side and the bottom, so that the driver can see the situation in these positions indirectly. It acts as a "second eye" and expands the driver's field of vision. Car rearview mirror is an important safety part, and its mirror surface, shape and manipulation are quite particular. The quality and installation of rear-view mirrors have corresponding industry standards and cannot be arbitrary. The rearview mirrors are divided by the installation position, which are divided into outer rearview mirrors, lower rearview mirrors and inner rearview mirrors. Different uses, mirror structure will be different.
View MoreThe electric fuel pump is a device that continuously sucks the fuel from the fuel tank and provides the fuel system with the specified pressure and flow. Based on the function of the electric fuel pump, it can be known that the performance of the electric fuel pump will directly affect the working performance of the engine. The electric fuel pump is the "heart" of the fuel supply system of the electronic fuel injection engine. There are two arrangements of electric fuel pumps in the fuel supply system, one is the externally mounted type, that is, the fuel pump is connected in series in the fuel pipeline outside the fuel tank; the other is the built-in type, that is, the fuel pump is installed in the fuel tank and immersed in gasoline. In this way, the fuel pump is easy to dissipate heat, has low working noise and long service life, so it is widely used.
View MoreOil cooler is a device that accelerates the heat dissipation of the lubricating oil and keeps it at a lower temperature. On high-performance, high-power enhanced engines, oil coolers must be installed due to the large thermal load. The oil cooler is arranged in the lubricating oil circuit, and its working principle is the same as the radiator. Water-cooled oil cooler The oil cooler is placed in the cooling water circuit and uses the temperature of the cooling water to control the temperature of the lubricating oil. When the temperature of the lubricating oil is high, it is cooled by the cooling water, and when the engine starts, it absorbs heat from the cooling water to rapidly increase the temperature of the lubricating oil. The oil cooler is composed of an aluminum alloy cast casing, front cover, rear cover and copper core tube. In order to enhance cooling, heat sinks are installed outside the tubes. The cooling water flows outside the tube, the lubricating oil flows inside the tube, and the two conduct heat exchange. There are also structures that allow oil to flow outside the tube, while water flows inside the tube. Air-cooled oil cooler The core of the air-cooled oil cooler is composed of many cooling pipes and cooling plates. When the car is running, the car's oncoming wind is used to cool the hot oil cooler core. The air-cooled oil cooler requires good ventilation around it, and it is difficult to ensure enough ventilation space on ordinary cars, and it is rarely used. Most of the coolers are used in racing cars because of the high speed of the racing car and the large cooling air volume.
